Step-by-step guides for customers and organizations.
Join a queue in seconds — no app to install. You can join as a guest or with an account.
- Open Businesses and search or filter by country, city, or category.
- Or scan the QR code displayed at the business with your phone camera (or the QR Scanner).
- Each listing shows how many people are currently waiting and whether it's open.
- Pick the service you need — you'll see the live queue length for each.
- Enter your name and phone (email is optional but recommended so we can notify you).
- Want a specific time? Choose a date and time slot to book ahead instead of walking in.
- Press Join Queue and you'll get your queue number instantly.
- After joining, tap Track My Place to open your live ticket.
- The ticket shows your number, how many people are ahead of you, and your status — it updates automatically.
- Bookmark or copy the link so you can reopen it anytime, even as a guest.
- When staff call you, your ticket shows an "It's your turn!" alert with a sound, and the counter to go to.
- If you provided an email, you'll also receive an email. Account holders get a push notification too.
- Head to the counter promptly so you don't lose your place.
Set up your organization, publish your services, and run your queue in real time.
- On Register, choose Organization admin and fill in your organization details (name, category, address, contact).
- Your admin account and organization are created together.
- Verify your email from the link we send before logging in.
- Open your organization page and add each service (name, description, duration, price if any, and max queue size).
- Set your business hours and available days so customers can only book when you're open.
- Set your time zone so booking times display correctly for customers elsewhere.
- Your category comes from the categories managed by the platform — it groups you in the directory.
- On the Dashboard, click Queue on your organization card to open the live queue.
- Press Call Next to call the next waiting customer automatically (it respects priority and arrival order), or use the Call button on a specific row.
- Calling a customer notifies them instantly (on-screen ticket, sound, email, and push if they have an account).
- Mark each visit Done, Cancel, or leave as no-show as appropriate.
- Each organization card shows a monthly usage meter (queues used vs. your plan limit).
- Open Analytics for KPIs — total customers, average and median wait, completion and no-show rates, busiest hours, and per-service performance.
- Use Export CSV to download the full queue report for any date range.
- Organization admin manages services, hours, staff, queue, and analytics. Moderators can run the queue and view analytics.
- Review plans and upgrade anytime on the Pricing page; connect Stripe to accept paid bookings.
- When you approach or reach your monthly limit, the dashboard shows a prompt to upgrade for a higher limit.
